Orders and Shipping
All deliveries very, it can be from 24 hours to 10 days. Some items have a longer delivery time depending on your address.
Go to your account, contact us through the chat button, mention your order number, tracking number, current address you have put in and NEW address.
Go to tracking – enter your tracking number given to you upon ordering. You can also e-mail us your order number, tracking number and we will respond to you with the whereabouts of your delivery.
We ship internationally, any countries we do not ship to, will be mentioned by us prior to confirming your order.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue, which may include sending a replacement item or processing a refund, based on your preference. You can only change or cancel an order if we have not shipped it yet. Otherwise the return policy will be effective for such orders.
